In response to John Hawkins’ Top 40, I have compiled the way I see the blogoshpere at this time. It’s amazing how your favorites changes over time and how many great blogs there are.
We don’t have any ad deals with anyone (heck, we don’t even have ads), so no blogs were excluded, but had to exclude some sites that were close to, but not really blogs.
Here’s the way I see it:
Easy to pick the blogs, but very hard to rate them. This list is completely different than what I would have made 3 months ago and I’m sure one 3 months from now will have some shakeups, too.
Update: Expat Yank has made his acceptance speech.
Have you made yours?

Well, wow! I’m so happy that TMD has made your list - very exciting. What to say! When does that music come in telling me to leave the stage?
No really, thanks for including me on this list, it’s pretty cool. I enjoy reading Slowplay, and it’s great to see that the feeling is mutual.

I’ll get you for this… if it’s the last thing I do!

To further clarify, these are ranked in reverse order of the likelihood that I would sell the site owner’s credit card number if I had it.
